Japanese Shichimi Crunch Teriyaki-Wings​

Ingredients

    • 330 gm Roasted Teriyaki Chicken 330g​

    • 1 pc (Zest) Lemon

    • 1 pc (Zest) Lime

    • 1 pc (Zest) Orange

    • 2 Tbl Shichimi Togarashi

    • 3 Tbl Mixed Sesame Seeds

    • 1 Tbl Parsley Flake

    • 2 Tbl Fried Garlic

    • 2 Tbl Spring Onion

    • 2 Tsp Flaky Salt to taste

How to Cook

  • In a medium pan with no oil lightly toast sesame, parsley flake, and fried garlic for 1-2min​
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a large plate or tray and let cool completely at room temp​
  • When cool, transfer to a large mixing bowl with citrus zest, shichimi togarashi, and flaky salt​
  • Cook Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken by desired method as per instructions​
  • Immediately transfer Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken and spring onion to the mixing bowl and toss to coat the chicken thoroughly​
  • Pair with salad, rice or Japanese mayo and lemon.​
  • Serve and enjoy!​
