Honey BBQ Chicken with Creamy Corn & Pepper
Ingredients
400 gm Honey BBQ Fried Chicken 550g
2 cups Corn (Canned or fresh shaved from cobb)
1 Tbl Vegetable Oil
2 Tbl Spring Onion
1 cup (Small Dice) Red Bell Pepper
3 Tbl (Small Dice) Shallot
1 Tsp (Small Dice) Ginger
2 Tsp (Small Dice) Garlic
1 Tsp Chili (Minced)
2 Tsp Soy Sauce / Seasoning Sauce
1 pc Lime (Zest and Juice)
0.5 cup Japanese Mayo
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
How to Cook
- Cook Tyson Honey BBQ Fried Chicken as desired per instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil on high heat in a large skillet.
- Add in shallot, garlic, ginger, spring onion, chili and half of the soy sauce. Stir fry for 2 min
- Add in corn, bell pepper and soy sauce. Stir fry for 3-4min or until corn and peppers start to brown.
- Remove from heat. Stir in mayo, fish sauce, black pepper, and lime juice and zest
- Plate and top with Tyson Honey BBQ Fried Chicken
- Garnish with extra spring onion and lime wedges
- Serve and enjoy!
